The use of CQD as a radio distress signal is announced
On the 7th January, 1904, the Marconi International Marine Communication Company announced the use of CQD as a distress signal.
Duct tape, originally “Duck Tape”, was developed by Johnson & Johnson during WW2 to keep moisture from damaging boxes of ammunition.
