Japan’s first satellite Osumi (Ohsumi) was launched
On the 11th February, 1970, Japan launched it’s first satellite, Osumi (otherwise known as Ohsumi).
In the 1600s, English wives banded together to try to prohibit coffee, because their husbands were spending too much time in coffee houses!
