On the 16th March, 1926, the first liquid fueled rocket was launched by Dr. Robert H. Goddard, marking the beginning of the space race.
When Edward Berner could not serve his customer flavoured soda water on the Sabbath, he served him up a bowl of ice-cream topped with chocolate ice-cream soda flavouring - the first ice-cream sundae!
