On the 17th March, 1958, NASA launched one of it’s earliest satellites, the Vanguard 1, which tested launch capabilities for the Vanguard Project.
In the 1600s, English wives banded together to try to prohibit coffee, because their husbands were spending too much time in coffee houses!
