RMS Titanic sank after hitting an iceberg, claiming over 1,500 lives
On the 15th April, 1912, the White Star Line steamship, RMS Titanic, sank in the Atlantic Ocean after hitting an iceberg almost three hours earlier (on the 14th April).
The first donut cutter was patented by Capt. John Blondell, apparently so that he could put the donut over a handle of the wheel while navigating his ship.
