Albert Einstein was one of the scientists involved with the creation of the atomic bomb, invented under the code name “Manhattan Project”, which devastated the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki in 1945.
On the 14th July, 1868, Alvin J. Fellows received a patent for his Improvement in Tape Measures, where a spring click held the tape out at a given point, and once released, could be retracted back into it’s casing.
