On the 4th September, 1888, George Eastman received a patent for his Camera design which utilised his own photographic film.
When Edward Berner could not serve his customer flavoured soda water on the Sabbath, he served him up a bowl of ice-cream topped with chocolate ice-cream soda flavouring - the first ice-cream sundae!
